8/23/2007 Grassroots in Red Bank

Paul Peterson, my friend and bass player, even dropped in to say a quick hello. We rarely have guests sittin' in on rehearsals, so I hope you all enjoyed the experience.

The audience was really rockin' that night, and every member of the band was so on! Oh, and in case you're wondering, I did see you all waving those glowsticks and heard you singing along to the new tunes. I always appreciate your enthusiasm. It really helps, believe me.

I was really touched to hear you raised over $1,600 at the fan party for The Unity Shoppe, the charity that's dearest to my heart. Your support on and off the road never stops amazing me!

After a couple days off, it's time to go back on the road for the final leg of the summer tour. Hope to see some of you out there!
