David Foster and Friends 2010

GRAMMY Award-winning musical legend David Foster returned to the Las Vegas stage for an extraordinary evening of music featuring Seal, Earth Wind and Fire, Martina McBride, Donna Summer, Charice, Chaka Khan, Natalie Cole, Kenny Loggins, Michael Bolton, Ruben Studdard, Ne-Yo and many more. Each of these artists performs songs either written or produced by the 15-time GRAMMY winner. This event will be taped for PBS, to air in 2011!

KL Connection member, Karen G, was there for this amazing evening and has shared the following with us ...

What a great show -- a huge cast -- I tried to write them all down after the show but can't remember all of them. Here's a sampling: Kenny Loggins, Kenny G, Martina McBride, Charice, Michael Bolton, Neo, Seal, Earth Wind & Fire, Natalie Cole, Ruben Stoddard, The Canadian Tenors, Chaka Khan, Lara Fabian, Donna Summers, and more. And Jackie Evancho - the 10 year old opera singer from America's Got Talent sang two numbers - she is absolutely unbelievable - the audience went insane.

Kenny Loggins was the first performer and sang 'Heart to Heart' and 'Forever', both of which he wrote with David Foster. In the middle of 'Heart to Heart', Kenny G began playing the sax from the audience along with Kenny Loggins.

There were some great duets - Natalie and Ruben, Seal and Michael Bolton, Michael and Lara did 'The Prayer', Neo and Chaka Khan, Charice and Neo. And they did a tribute to Michael Jackson with a song David wrote with him. I can't remember the rest. It was really amazing - what a mass of talent on one stage!

It will be a PBS special in 2011 so watch for it.
